Now i see why 5 stars are common here. Taken a couple of repairs over to Jeff and the work was done on time
when he said (which is very important to me) . And done at a reasonable price. Wont hesitate to keep using him.

I HIGHLY recommend IQ Autoworks in Campbell, Ca. They have work on my car and I must say they are honest,
dependable, reasonable and nice. I recently took it in because of a noise that turned out to be something rolling
around in the trunk (duh!). After searching for the cause, tightening some bolts and finding the item in the trunk
they determined it was the item in the trunk and didn't charge me anything! Honesty is so important when it comes
to getting your car repaired.

Jeff, the owner, is nothing but the best. Really knowledgeable, friendly, professional customer service, always
followed through with what he said he would do, and explained everything that was wrong with my car in easy
terms. He doesn't seem like the type to cheat you like other car places. I highly recommend this mechanic
shop and definitely will take my car back to see him. I referred my friend to him, and he was also very
impressed!

What caught my eye for IQ? 90 - 5 STAR ratings! WOW! I bought a pre-owned Range Rover from a BMW dealer
with a 60 day warranty. I heard a "clunk" sound when I slowed down. BMW said "it's normal". Intuition said how
can it be? I called Jeff at IQ and he said bring it in. We test drove it. He put it on the rack and showed me the
loose front differential. He sent BMW his findings. BMW will do the repair but Jeff now has me as a "lifer" customer.
Why? He took the time and explained and showed everything to me. His diagnostic charge was also 40% cheaper
than Land Rover. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the great business he built and customers are his only priority.

Very impressed! Jeff rocks!

Jeffs been helping my aunt and I out for years, and he always does perfect work. He took my Mustang GT into his
shop at a moments notice and gave it the tune up its been needing for months. It took less than a day and when I
got it back, it ran pristine. SO EXCITED TO TAKE IT OUT AGAIN TOMORROW

thanks Jeff!

After having the same great mechanic for 26 years I decided to try something new after a few sub par experiences
in the last year. Where my old mechanic was a sanatized and very professional shop, Jeff from IQ Autoworks is a
down to earth honest mechanic. He took the time to explain all the problems that he needed to fix and why. After
he was done he showed me the old parts and explained each part, showed me the damage to it, and why they
needed to be changed. Now this is something my old professional shop hasn't done in many, many years. I know
my way around repair work and the job he did was truly under the budget of what most other shops or certainly a
dealership would have charged for the same work. He is very busy and I can see why.

Thank You Jeff

Once again Jeff and his crew came through for me.
It's for my beloved 99' Land Rover and this time it was
my U-Joints (Universal Joints) and Steering Damper

They did a very excellent job and made sure I got the
best parts and the labor is consistent. I have nothing but
praises for this local shop.

I traveled almost 80 miles "round trip" so I can get this service
and will prob do it again if I have to.

Once again Jeff,
Thank you.

Jeff @ IQ Autoworks is an amazing mechanic!

If you're looking for the following then this place is for you:

1. Dependable
2. Responsive
3. Quality work
4. Great Pricing!
5. FAST SERVICE :D

What's best about Jeff is he's fair - he's not looking to rip people off or to have them fix things that aren't broken.
I've been going to him for years and a bunch of my friends use his services as well. As a women it's really important
to work with a mechanic who's willing to take the time to explain what's going on with my car - and he definitely
does that.

A++++ Service and highly recommend IQ Autoworks!

I wanted to update my review since going to Jeff's new location IQ Autoworks in Campbell. I would continue to
recommend his shop. His team does quality work with integrity. Had them install front shocks on my Saab, replace
a coolant bypass valve and also a cabin air filter - all jobs that are a PITA for a DIY'er and the dealership would
charge and arm and a leg for.

Go bring your car to IQ Autoworks!

If you are looking for an honest, no fuss mechanic, this is the place to go! I took my car in to get the brake pads
replaced. I was charged $140.00 and all of the other places I called charged between $150-$180.00. I.Q AutoWorks
was friendly, knowledgeable, straight to the point, and informed me that they could install new brake pads within
an hour. I was very impressed with the high quality customer service I received, but I was even more impressed
when they actually took only one hour to complete the job! I would highly recommend I.Q. AutoWorks and I will
definitely be back! :)

My roommate found Jeff I'm guessing on yelp, but I actually don't know how she found him....I'm just glad she did!
I dropped my car off with the service engine light on and I thought I was probably going to need some brake work
done too. Jeff called me a little while later to let me know the issue was my cam sensor and that I had worn my
brakes down to nothing (not good).

When I went to pick it up Jeff walked me through the work he did and showed me all the new parts and the old
parts. I also talked to him about some issues I had with another mechanic ripping me off and he popped open the
hood and assured me I was fine.

Overall, the guys are really nice. I loved that Jeff took the time to show me the work he had done. The price was
fair and they were pretty quick. Location is great since I live down the street. Oh and it doesn't hurt that Jeff is a
hottie! ;)

I am happy with the work that Fleettech has done for my Jetta.

My jetta would not start on Monday morning and after diagnosing, Jeff determined that it was the voltage on the
battery - the battery itself was fine. There was also nothing wrong with the starter. I had Jeff perform my 100,000
mile check-up and he changed out the timing belt and an air hose along with the front breaks.

The jetta will be seeing Jeff in the future.

Honest, Fast, Articulate, and Intelligent. - Mechanic Campbell

This recommendation is long over due. I found Jeff of IQ Auto Works by reading reviews of him on Yelp. About a
year ago I decided to bring my car to have its breaks replaced at a small local shop rather than bringing it to the
VW dealership. The breaks were repaired. Shortly there after, I started to sense some issues with the car. The main
issue was a rattling sound coming from the back right side, as if there was something loose like a bunch of rattling bolts in a plastic container.
I also happen to have some "recall issues" to take care of so I decided to take the car to the VW dealership and asked
them to assess the issue while they make the necessary recall adjustments. I DO NOT trust the dealership and often even
suspect that their recalls are a bunch of bull. Anyhow, they assessed the rattling sound as a repair that would cost me over
$1000 to fix! They also told me that the break replacement that was done previously was done poorly and that I should
have had them do it.

I refused the repair and continued driving the car. Several months later I was having issues starting the car and decided
to bring it to Jeff. He quickly assessed that I simply needed a new battery. I then asked him to check out the rattling noise.
He listened to my entire story and shortly there after discovered that the break repair shop had neglected to replace the
"shims" on my back breaks. The VW dealership must have known this and purposely mislead me to believe that the
problem was worse than it really was.

Jeff is honest, fast, articulate and intelligent...and very easy on the eyes! ( : I give him an A+
